About Weaver & Weaver Insurance

Earl Weaver, Jr., a former Blue Cross and Blue Shield representative, founded our agency in 1986. While the agency's early focus was health insurance, over the years it expanded to include other benefits - Dental, Life, Disability and 401(K) Plans.

We are a family business - perhaps much like yours - composed of 2 brothers, 1 full-time office manager, 1 full-time secretary, and a semi-retired "Coach". Combined, we represent 65 years of experience in the benefit business.

Our agency's growth has been tremendous. Currently, over 100 agents carry health insurance appointments through Weaver Insurance. Our focus continues to be on businesses & residents of Lynchburg and Central Virginia. While our clients may run the occupational gamut, they are also our neighbors, our friends & our colleagues. It's not unusual to run into one another at the grocery store, at the baseball game, or at our children's events. This is very much part of the nature of our business.
